Off The Wall Bounce House is a family owned and operated business since 2018. We provide the best variety and cleanest units on the market. We have very competitive pricing and we cover most of Texoma Area. We offer Bounce Houses, Moonwalks, Wet/Dry Slides, and Event planning.
About Us
HELPFUL HINTS:
- Have a SAFE location in your yard picked out for us to set-up your inflatable
- Please have a clear and safe path to set-up area during delivery and pickup
- If you are planning on mowing your yard, please mow yard a few days before scheduled event. This is to keep grass off of children and inflatable. Also, please be considerate and cleanup any pet feces that is or around setup area.
- PLEASE MAKE SURE OUTSIDE OUTLET IS WORKING BEFORE WE ARRIVE !!
- We start deliveries early, so please be prepared for early morning calls. Please be sure to answer text/calls. We do not deliver without response, unless your items have been paid for in advance.
- Have payment ready early on delivery day, we start deliveries at 7am. If paying with Credit/Debit card please pay the day before event. We accept Cash, Paypal, CashApp, and Credit/Debit Cards.
General Rules
--- If your party ends before the agreed pickup time, please give us a call or text. 580-465-6566 .
--- Absolutely no silly string or sharp objects.
--- $50.00 fee if you intentionally get DRY inflatable wet.
--- If wind speeds are over 20mph, please turn off unit and do not use.
--- If inflatables are set up and it starts to rain DO NOT TURN OFF BLOWER or unless winds exceed 20mph.
--- Please turn dry inflatable off when done, if not raining or drizzling.
--- On Water Slides, when event is over, DO NOT TURN OFF BLOWER!!! Turn water off, but keep the blower running and unit inflated.
--- Although we check machines before sending out, it is up to the customer to let us know if equipment is not working immediately.
--- In the event of an emergency or problems with your rental equipment. Please contact us immediately @ 580-465-6566. It is up to the renter to contact us if there is a problem.
FAQ
What are the drop-off and pick-up times?
Drop-off time are Monday thru Sunday: between 7:00am and 12:00pm. If you have a specific Pick-up time and Drop-off time, Please let our staff know.
Do you deliver and set up?
Absolutely! We will deliver and set up each bounce house and make sure that it's clean and in good working condition. Set up takes about 15-30 minutes per bounce house and requires a 120V circuit with a minimum 15 amp breaker which is standard on most homes. We provide everything needed for set up.
What are the bounce house rules?
Adult supervision required at all times No shoes, eyeglasses, food, gum, candy, markers, crayons, pens or drinks No wrestling or fighting No Silly String!
What type of surface is needed?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify when ordering which surface your using for us to supply proper equipment.
What do I do in the event of inclement weather?
We know that the weather/emergencies can be unpredictable and very harsh at times. We don't want to run the risk of damage to our equipment, injury to the children or our staff.. So, our policy is very simple. If you cancel for any reason before we setup, we will issue a refund or you can reschedule. However, once we deliver and setup the product, no refund is available regardless of the circumstances. There is also risk in high wind situations. Although it does not happen often, there are times when we will have to decline setup if we feel it would be unsafe to use the equipment. Winds and rain in excess of 15 - 20 mph would prevent us from safely anchoring the unit.

We Deliver in the Texoma Area and outside surrounding areas. There is a Travel fee for customers living outside of Carter County.
